Gather and respond to customer feedback frequently

Iterative development:

Work in short cycles (sprints)Deliver working products or features incrementally

Continuous improvement:

Regularly reflect on processes and adjust

Encourage experimentation and learning

Waste reduction:

Optimize workflows and processes

Team empowerment:

Self-organizing, cross-functional teams

Decentralized decision-making

Visual management:

Use tools like Kanban boards to visualize work

Make progress and bottlenecks visible to all

Just-in-time delivery:

Produce only what's needed, when it's needed

Minimize work in progress (WIP)

Quality focus:

Build quality into the process from the start

Automate testing where possible
